The environment

This charming house is situated in thge hart of the village of Vaux sur seine in an Heritage area near the Pavillon d’Artois (Castle).

The area is alos classified as a natural reserve for birds. This allows you to enjoy the view of a number of birds species (swans, gooses, barnacle gooses, ducks, moorhen , sea birds, bluetit, green woodpeckers, cormorans, herons, … coypus and hedgehogs!

The house is very quiet as you cross an oak porch an a pink bloks paved courtyard beside the main street of the village. You benefit from a peacefull environment but near all the facilities, shops, school, doctors, .... of the center of the village.

Under 800 m away : the 3/6 years old school and the 7/11 years old school, the rail way station  (direct access to Saint Lazare (Paris center) in 45 min, and with on connection you have acsess to la Défense in 45 min also) , the Village house, the intertainment hall, the public librairy, the chemistry, café / press, flowershop,
convenience store,...

The nearest college is  5 km away (5 min away by car) at Meulan or  Triel (there is also a scolar bus line).

Within 10 km you can also find quality public schools such as Montessori in Vernouillet.

In Vaux sur Seine you will find tennins court, a park along the river Seine "La Martinière" where you can find the village librairiy, the 7/11 school, a play ground and a football pith.

The nearest aquatic centre is 5 min drive away (Meulan)

Vaux sur Seine is situated between Meulan and Triel, 12 km away from Poissy,  20 km from Saint Germain en Laye and 40 km from Paris (access by the A13 or A14, trains (Paris Saint-Lazare Station, RER A, ...) or even buses STIF), 50mn from Roissy airport, 60mn from Beauvais airport (Ryan Air airport).

Area developments :

Within a few monthes a new village center will be created with a new shopping square.

It is also forecasted to enhance the river bank.
